By using WadeDrop (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
1. Service Description
WadeDrop provides a web application that generates PDF job reports from user-uploaded photos and job details.
- Trial Allowance: New users receive 2 free reports upon registration.Generating job completion reports for field service work.
- Paid Subscription: Once the free allowance is exhausted, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription.
- Data Processing: To protect your privacy, uploaded photos and text data are processed in-memory solely to generate the PDF report. We do not store your photos or the generated PDF reports on our servers. You are responsible for downloading and saving your reports immediately upon generation.
2. Usage Rights and Restrictions
Permitted Use
- Generating job completion reports for field service work.
- Business and professional documentation purposes.
- Downloading and sharing generated PDF reports with clients.
Prohibited Use
You may NOT use our Service to:
- Generate reports containing illegal or harmful content.
- Violate third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the underlying technology of the Service.
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service infrastructure without permission.
3. Subscription, Payments & Merchant of Record
- Pricing: Access requires a subscription of $39 USD per month, which grants unlimited report generation during the active subscription period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur after cancellation.
- Merchant of Record: All payments, invoicing, and tax collection are securely handled by Creem, our authorized Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you enter into a financial transaction directly with Creem and agree to their terms.
- Refund Policy: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not generated any reports. The right to a refund does not apply once the PDF generation process has commenced, as the service is considered fully consumed at that point.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with a 30-day notice, sent to your account email.
4. Privacy and Data Handling
We store only minimal account data required for login and subscription management. Billing information is handled securely by Creem. We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the Service. Full details are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain full ownership and rights to the photos you upload and the text you input.
- Our Platform: The underlying algorithms, software, design, and platform interfaces remain our exclusive property.
6. Service Availability
- We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
- Maintenance and technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
7. Service Disclaimer and Liability
Service Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated reports will meet specific legal, insurance, or regulatory requirements for your industry. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service during the billing period in which the issue occurred. We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.
- Errors or inaccuracies in generated PDFs.
8. Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless against claims or damages arising from your use of the Service, the content processed through the Service (including photos provided by you), or violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
9. Technical Support
Support is provided only for critical website functionality issues (payment failures, service unavailability, etc.). For support inquiries, please contact us at support@wadedrop.xyz. While we strive to assist all users, we do not guarantee immediate support for non-critical inquiries.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced with 30 days' notice via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
