1. Service Description
WadeDrop provides a web application that generates professional PDF job reports from photos and job details. You upload job photos and provide basic information (address, technician name, description). The Service automatically assembles a branded PDF report and makes it available for download.
Users receive 2 free reports after registration. After using the free allowance, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription.
2. Usage Rights and Restrictions
Permitted Use
- Generating job completion reports for field service work.
- Business and professional documentation purposes.
- Downloading and sharing generated PDF reports with clients.
Prohibited Use
You may NOT use our Service to:
- Generate reports containing illegal or harmful content.
- Violate third-party rights or applicable laws and regulations.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our Service.
- Sell or redistribute access to the Service without permission.
3. Payment
- Subscription Model: Users receive 2 free reports upon registration. After that, access requires a subscription of $39 USD per month (unlimited report generation during the subscription period).
- Payment Processing: Payments are securely handled by Creem as our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record.
- Refunds: Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been used. The right to a refund does not apply once you have generated a report, as the service is considered "consumed" upon the commencement of PDF generation.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email prior to any changes.
4. Privacy and Data Handling
We store only minimal account data required for login and subscription management. Uploaded photos and generated PDF reports are processed in memory and never stored on our servers. Billing information is handled securely by Creem. We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the Service. Full details are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
- You retain rights to your generated PDF reports and the photos you upload.
- The underlying algorithms, design, and platform remain our property.
- You grant us permission to use anonymized examples for marketing purposes (without personal data).
6. Service Availability
- We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
- Maintenance and technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
7. Service Access
- Access to the Service requires account registration.
- Free reports are limited to 2 per account.
- After using free reports, continued access requires a paid subscription.
- We may refuse or terminate access for violations.
8. Service Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated reports will be suitable for any specific legal, medical, or professional purpose. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service during the billing period in which the issue occurred. We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.
- Errors or inaccuracies in generated reports.
9. Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless against claims or damages arising from your use of the Service, the content processed through the Service (including photos provided by you), or violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

11. Changes to Terms
